Who are we?
BCN Consultancy is a joint venture between Bolsover, Chesterfield and North East Derbyshire Councils to form a cohesive building control partnership. We provide a flexible, robust, modern building control service that is both accountable and transparent. We recognised that this is one of our greatest assets and so we have specifically formed the consultancy in such a way that we can continue to provide a service that you can rely and depend on.
We firmly believe that better building control is built around communication and the more tailored and personal we can make that link the better. We pride ourselves on our levels of customer care and are always happy to hear your comments so that we can continue to provide the best service we can to you the customer.
Being located at Chesterfield Town Hall means we are easily accessible by road with parking nearby. So make that appointment to come and discuss how the regulations will affect your proposed scheme. We are happy to help you through the myriad of Building Regulations and have specialist officers to deal with complex applications.
